At present the site contains rules for only a minority of the card games that exist. ![]() The player that has the turn takes a card, either from the draw pile or the top card from the discard pile. It's also possible to lose all the cards and auto-KABOO that way. You can have a quick discussion of the patterns of the syllable type, expected vowel. You have to get the fewest points, whenever a player reaches 3 or less points, in the beginning of their turn, they can call KABOO and the last round begins. Either at this point or at the end when everyone has pulled all of the cards, I have the student sort the syllables. These types of game are generally not listed in the index below.
